I’ve been taking private lessons and group classes with Tracey for over ten years. She is a remarkable teacher/healer. Tracey comes from a place of personal injury and is extremely sensitive to the particular needs and physical problems of her clients. I’ve taken many classes over the years with various instructors, but by far she is the best. She never forces you into positions you are incapable of, and she talks you through asanas with incredible imagery that makes them easy to follow.
